The Rules Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 7 An Act                        
reducing certain resident sport fishing, hunting, and trapping license         
fees, increasing certain nonresident sport fishing license and tag fees,       
and relating to nonresident sport fishing, hunting, and trapping               
licenses; and providing for an effective date and recommended it be            
replaced with

reducing certain resident sport fishing, hunting, and                          
trapping license fees, increasing certain nonresident                          
sport fishing license and tag fees, and relating to                            
nonresident sport fishing and hunting licenses and
